Ashtabula County Residential Services is a private, not for profit corporation that is committed to providing the best possible habilitation, housing and care to people with intellectual developmental disabilities. Ashtabula county Residential Services Corporation is committed to preserving the human rights and dignity of those who receive our services and those who provide the service.
Purpose Statement
To improve the quality of life of people with intellectual developmental disabilities by providing services that will bring them to their highest level of function. To provide a home-like setting that will instill a sense of stability and security in their day to day lives.
